What you send me
Through the form: your name, email, phone if you add it, and the message. I don’t ask for national ID numbers, health data, or other sensitive things. There are no accounts on this site.
Why I keep it
To reply, and if it comes to it, to talk about working together. Legal basis: steps before a contract, at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or the legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)). No profiling, no ads, no passing data on to make money from it.
Cookies
I keep a language cookie (site_lang) for a year, so the site stays in Romanian or English. The session holds a safety token and the “thanks” message after the form. No Google Analytics, no ads.
How long I keep it
Messages stay as long as we’re still talking, at most 12 months after the last reply, then I delete them. If the law says otherwise (an invoice, for example), I keep them as long as I have to.
Who else sees it
I don’t give it to marketing companies. Email travels, like any email, through hosting and ordinary mail. I don’t send data outside Europe on purpose, beyond the usual path of a message.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, within the GDPR. You can also complain to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
